Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to maintain eligibility.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the sports equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
